Our history begins over 30 years ago with President and Owner Lou Minaglia and a one-man fruit stand. With the addition of General Manager Jack Viverity 20 years ago, the fruit stand gave bifrth to one of Chicagoland's finest produce wholesalers.

After ten years in an 8,000 sq. ft. building, the growing relationship with customers and suppliers presented the opportunity for greater expansion. Premier Produce opened a new 40,000 sq. ft. HACCP facility in 2003.

Our customers are our friends, and we look forward to the next 30 years, enhancing existing friendships and developing new relationships.
